The remaining blog entries for 2008 comprise of a personal New Testament Survey overview, written as required course work for my New Testament Survey class at Colorado Christian University under Professor Stace Tafoya.
I add this statement years later: After a great education at Colorado Christian University, and many great classes, this class was my favorite class at CCU. Ironically, the class was my first semester.
Professor Tafoya enjoyed teaching, and it showed. And he made the class fun.
When I was a student at Virginia Tech in the 1980's for my first degree, I was told that Virginia Tech, (at that time), had more computers than any other university in the United States of America. Yet during my four years at Virginia Tech, I never heard the word "Internet," that I recall. And students did not have email there in the 1980's.
How incredible that years later, when in my early 40's, I returned to college to get a ministry degree, which was a dream for me. And the result of my New Testament Survey class was the need to start a "blog." I had never even heard the word. Yet I went for it! I would have never imagined that my class assignment would become Scripture Love Blog, which has become one of my dearest treasures in this world.
